Hydraulic Hose Repair
On-Site Hydraulic Hose Repair — Crimped, Tested, and Operational
Mobile fabrication and replacement of hydraulic hoses for trucks, trailers, and heavy equipment.
A blown hydraulic hose stops everything. Dump bodies won’t lift, roll-off hoists are dead, concrete mixers can’t rotate, and refuse packers sit idle. Our mobile hydraulic hose repair service brings a complete hose fabrication shop to your location — we measure, cut, crimp, and test replacement hoses on the spot using industrial-grade materials.
Each service truck carries an extensive inventory of hydraulic hose stock in multiple diameters, working pressures, and temperature ratings. We also stock a wide variety of end fittings — JIC, ORFS, NPT, Flange, and BSP — ensuring compatibility with virtually any hydraulic system you’re running.
Hydraulic Repairs Completed at Your Location, Not a Shop
Onboard crimping equipment. Full fitting inventory. Single-visit resolution.
Hydraulic systems operate under extreme pressure — typically 2,000 to 6,000 PSI depending on the application. A failed hose isn’t just an operational delay; it’s a safety hazard that can cause injury, equipment damage, and fluid spill contamination. Our mobile hydraulic hose service eliminates the need to transport equipment to a shop. We arrive with a hose crimper, skiving tools, cutting equipment, and pressure testing capability right on the truck. We fabricate each replacement hose assembly to the exact length, fitting configuration, and pressure specification required. Every assembly is pressure-tested before installation to verify integrity under operating conditions.

Every Hydraulic Hose Repair Includes

On-Site Crimping
We carry a portable hydraulic crimper and full die set. Hoses are cut, skived, crimped, and tested at your location — no wait for a shop to build the assembly.

Extensive Fitting Selection
Inventory includes steel and stainless steel fittings in JIC 37°, ORFS, NPT, SAE Flange, BSP, and metric configurations across -4 through -32 sizes.

Multiple Hose Grades
We stock 1-wire, 2-wire, and 4-spiral hydraulic hose in SAE 100R1 through R17 specifications to match your system's pressure and temperature demands.

Pressure Testing
Every fabricated assembly is pressure-tested to 1.5x rated working pressure before installation to confirm integrity and eliminate leak points.

Frequently Asked Questions
Hydraulic Hose Repair Help Center
Common questions about our mobile hydraulic hose repair services. Call us for urgent hose failures.
Our target response time is under 60 minutes for most locations within our coverage area. Emergency hydraulic failures involving safety-critical or loaded equipment receive priority dispatch. Call our 24/7 line for an immediate ETA.
We fabricate SAE 100R1, 100R2, 100R4, 100R5, 100R7, 100R12, 100R16, and 100R17 hose assemblies. This covers low-pressure return lines through high-pressure 4-spiral applications up to 6,000 PSI. We also handle Thermoplastic and Teflon hose for specialized applications.
We use new, one-piece crimp fittings for every assembly. We do not reuse old fittings due to the risk of micro-fractures, corrosion damage, or ferrule fatigue that can occur during the crimping process. Every hose gets a fresh fitting.
We can perform limited cylinder repairs in the field including seal replacement, gland repacking, and rod inspection on accessible cylinders. Full cylinder rebuilds requiring machining or honing are completed at our partner shop with same-day turnaround.
We remove, contain, and properly dispose of all failed hose assemblies and any hydraulic fluid released during the failure or repair. We follow EPA and local environmental guidelines for fluid containment and disposal. No mess is left behind.
