Oil And Fluid Service
Complete Oil and Fluid Service — Delivered to Your Fleet Yard
Engine oil, transmission fluid, coolant, hydraulic fluid, DEF, and differential service — all performed on-site.
Fluids are the lifeblood of every commercial vehicle. Engine oil breaks down under heat and pressure, coolant loses its corrosion protection, transmission fluid wears out from clutch friction, and hydraulic fluid accumulates contamination over time. Our mobile oil and fluid service brings a complete fluid-change operation to your location — we drain, replace, and properly dispose of every fluid in your truck.
Each service truck carries bulk tanks for multiple oil viscosities, transmission fluid, coolant concentrate and pre-mix, hydraulic oil, and DEF. We also stock a full range of OEM-grade filters — engine lube, fuel, coolant, hydraulic, transmission, and air — so every service is completed in a single visit.
Scheduled Fluid Maintenance That Extends Component Life
Bulk fluid handling. Certified disposal. Filter replacement included.
Fluid maintenance is the single most cost-effective action you can take to extend the service life of your powertrain components. Clean oil reduces engine bearing wear, fresh coolant prevents corrosion and cavitation, and properly conditioned transmission fluid keeps shift quality consistent across thousands of miles. Our mobile fluid service eliminates the mess and hassle of in-house fluid changes. We arrive with pump-equipped bulk tanks that transfer new fluid directly into the vehicle and extract waste fluid into sealed containment barrels. Every service includes a new filter, a fluid level verification, and a post-service leak inspection. Waste fluids are transported to a licensed recycling facility — fully EPA-compliant from start to finish.

Every Oil and Fluid Service Includes

Bulk Fluid Delivery
Pump-equipped tanks deliver fluid directly into the vehicle — no pouring from jugs, no spills, and no cross-contamination between viscosities.

OEM or Equivalent Filters
Every service includes a new filter from reputable manufacturers — Fleetguard, Donaldson, Baldwin, Wix, or OEM brand — matched to the vehicle specifications.

Waste Fluid Removal
All extracted oil, coolant, transmission fluid, and hydraulic fluid are pumped into sealed drums and transported to a licensed recycling facility.

Fluid Level Verification
After refill, every fluid level is verified at the correct operating temperature. Coolant concentration and freeze point are tested and recorded.
How It Works
1
Schedule Your Service
Book a service window that fits your fleet's dispatch schedule. We coordinate the number of vehicles, fluid types required, and estimated service time per unit so our technician arrives with the correct bulk tanks and filter inventory.
2
Technician Arrives with Bulk Tanks
Our service truck arrives at your yard carrying bulk tanks pre-filled with the specified fluids. The technician positions the vehicle over a collection area or deploys spill containment mats before beginning any drain procedure.
3
Drain, Filter, Refill
The technician drains each fluid system at the proper point — oil pan, transmission pan, radiator petcock, or differential housing. The old filter is removed and replaced. New fluid is pumped in through the fill port until the correct level is reached.
4
Level Check, Leak Inspection, Cleanup
The engine is started and brought to operating temperature. Fluid levels are rechecked and adjusted as needed. All drain plugs, caps, and dipsticks are verified tight. The work area is cleaned, waste drums are sealed, and the service is logged.
Frequently Asked Questions
Oil and Fluid Service Help Center
Common questions about our mobile oil and fluid services. Call us if you need a specific fluid type verified.
Our bulk tanks carry the most common heavy-duty diesel engine oils: 15W-40 conventional, 10W-30, 5W-40 full synthetic, and specialty blends for specific engine platforms. We also carry transmission fluids including Dexron, Mercon, and Allison TES 295, plus multiple coolant types.
We use bulk oil delivered by a calibrated pump system with flow meter. This eliminates plastic waste, reduces spill risk, and ensures accurate measurement. Each vehicle receives exactly the specified volume — no overfilling, no underfilling.
Yes. We can collect oil samples during the drain process using a vacuum extraction kit for consistent, uncontaminated samples. Samples are sent to a certified laboratory, and results are delivered with wear metal analysis and fluid condition trending.
All waste fluids are extracted into separate, sealed containment drums — oil, coolant, transmission fluid, and hydraulic fluid are kept segregated. Drums are labeled and transported to a licensed recycling facility. We provide a waste manifest upon request for your environmental compliance records.
Yes. We use a refractometer to measure coolant freeze point and a test strip to check nitrite, molybdate, pH, and reserve alkalinity levels. If the coolant condition falls outside specification, we recommend a full flush and replacement rather than adding supplemental coolant additives.
Intervals vary by engine manufacturer, duty cycle, and operating environment. Typical heavy-duty diesel oil change intervals range from 15,000 to 30,000 miles for linehaul operations and 250 to 500 hours for vocational applications. Transmission and differential fluid intervals are generally 50,000 to 100,000 miles. We help establish the optimal schedule for your fleet.
